Get your history back in sync.
Most FULL/SET issues come from a permission boundary, a Fitbit device that has not synced to Google Health yet, or a temporarily unavailable service.
Connect Apple Health
Open FULL/SET onboarding or Settings, choose Apple Health, and grant only the categories you want FULL/SET to read.
Connect Fitbit
Use the Google account linked to Fitbit. FULL/SET requests read-only Google Health access and stores the refresh token in iOS Keychain.
Fitbit data looks old
Open the official Fitbit or Google Health experience and let the wearable finish syncing. Return to FULL/SET and refresh again.
Disconnect or delete
FULL/SET can clear its local Fitbit cache. Source data and Apple Health copies are managed separately.

- Check whether your Fitbit account has been migrated to a Google account. The Google Health API does not support legacy Fitbit-only accounts.
- Confirm Google services are reachable on the current network.
- Open FULL/SET → Settings → Fitbit → Sync diagnostics & repair.
- Record the visible error text and the time it occurred.
