DATA & DISCONNECTION

You decide when the connection ends.

FULL/SET separates three places where a record can exist: its local iPhone workspace, the Google/Fitbit source, and Apple Health. Each has its own deletion boundary.

Disconnect Fitbit from FULL/SET

  1. Open FULL/SET.
  2. Go to Settings → Fitbit.
  3. Tap Disconnect and clear local cache.
  4. Review the explanation and confirm.

This removes the Google authorization token stored by FULL/SET, cached Fitbit health data, Fitbit records in the local FULL/SET archive, and local Fitbit synchronization identifiers.

Revoke Google account access

Disconnecting locally does not revoke the grant maintained by Google. To revoke it, open your Google Account, go to the page for third-party apps and services or account connections, select FULL/SET, and remove access.

Google and Fitbit source data

FULL/SET never deletes source data from Google Health or Fitbit. Use the controls provided by Google or Fitbit if you want to delete the original records or account.

Records written to Apple Health

Disconnecting Fitbit does not remove records already written to Apple Health. Open Apple Health to inspect or delete those records. FULL/SET identifies its own write-back records so maintenance tools do not modify Apple Watch or unrelated app data.

Delete the FULL/SET app

Deleting the app removes its local application container according to iOS behavior. Apple Health, Google, and Fitbit retain their own records independently.
